TOWN OF NEW TECUMSETH 

COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT PLAN (2012)

The Town of New Tecumseth Community Improvement Plan (CIP) has been prepared to provide grants and loans to eligible landowners and tenants located within the Community Improvement Plan Area to help restore buildings in a manner that reinforces Town heritage.

The lands designated within the CIP Area have been recognized by the Town as areas where the Town wishes to promote investment through the provision of incentive programs for the conservation and enhancement of important historic buildings in the Town.
