The Human Resources Department plays a key strategic role in the Municipality by supporting Members of Council, Management and Employees. We also provide information to members of the public regarding career opportunities and assist with the facilitation of fair and equitable recruitment practices. Some other areas of our expertise include health & safety, compensation / benefits & pension administration, training & development, recommendations based on employment law, policy and procedure development and
maintenance of employee records.
