The Town of New Tecumseth is undertaking a Class Environmental Assessment for the planned road improvements to Boyne Street from Victoria Street to approximately 1.7 kilometres north, as illustrated below. The Boyne Street improvements are being proposed to address future traffic capacity deficiencies that were identified in the Master Servicing Study, which was prepared in support of the Alliston Secondary Plan, Official Plan Amendment #21.

This project is being planned under Schedule 'C' of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA). This Class EA study will establish the most technically feasible and preferred alternative for the Boyne Street improvements.
